Online Meeting July 28, 2026: WP4 in the making!

On 28 July 2026, the partners of the Erasmus+ project INCLUSIVE-UNI met online to continue the development of the project’s digital learning platform as part of Work Package 4. The meeting focused on aligning the content of the four learning modules. The partners reviewed the modules and activities previously developed in Work Packages 2 and 3, matched the most suitable activities to each module, and agreed on a common guideline for creating the digital learning content. 💡

The next phase will see each partner preparing the learning materials for the platform, including presentations, supporting resources, and templates for interactive H5P activities. The aim is to create a free, accessible, and interactive online learning platform for academic staff, non-academic staff, and HR professionals in higher education.

Transnational Partner Meeting #3 at University of Minho, Portugal

From 29 June to 2 July 2026, the partners of the INCLUSIVE-UNI project gathered at the University of Minho in Braga, Portugal, for the project’s Third Transnational Partner Meeting (TPM3). The meeting brought together representatives from all partner organisations to review progress, exchange experiences, and plan the next phase of the project. A key focus of the meeting was the implementation of the blended learning programmes developed in Work Packages 2 and 3. The partners presented their experiences, discussed participant feedback, shared lessons learned, and identified opportunities to further improve the training materials.

The consortium also launched preparations for Work Package 4, which will deliver a free, open-access online course for academic staff, non-academic staff, and HR professionals. 🌐 The project partners agreed on the overall structure of the platform, discussed the adaptation of the four learning modules, and explored interactive and accessible learning activities that will support an engaging learning experience.

In addition, the meeting covered dissemination activities, upcoming publications, project management, and quality assurance. The productive discussions in Braga marked another important milestone towards creating more inclusive and equitable higher education institutions across Europe. 🚀

Strong Start to 2026!
Advancing Our Learning Modules Together

We are excited to share that our first online meeting of 2026 took place in January, bringing together all project partners for a productive and inspiring start to the year. During the meeting, partners continued developing and refining the learning modules within Work Packages 2 and 3, demonstrating a shared commitment to creating meaningful and impactful educational resources.

We are also delighted to be planning our next Transnational Project Meeting (TPM), which will take place in Braga, Portugal. These opportunities to connect—both online and in person—are essential for strengthening collaboration and moving our project forward. We are especially pleased to already share our learning modules covering the following key topics:

1. EU fundamentals, politics, and trust 🇪🇺
2. Pedagogy for intercultural communication and diversity 🌐
3. Accessibility, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and inclusive assessment 🎓
4. Well-being, mental health, and bias 💡

These modules represent an important step toward fostering inclusive, accessible, and supportive learning environments across higher education.

Transnational Partner Meeting #2 at Paderborn University, Germany

Our TPM in Paderborn was a great success! 🚀

With a strong focus on the learning modules, we were able to take the next steps toward designing Inclusive Training Modules. Together, we discussed the content of each module and developed a framework for implementation in the respective countries. The modules are designed to be adaptable for all partners and can also be further customised by additional trainers within each country.

It was important to ensure that the modules are built on a solid foundation so that any subsequent adaptations require only minimal adjustments. On this basis, training sessions for educators can now be developed, enabling them to act both as learners and as future trainers. ✨

We look forward to the next steps and to creating the learning materials for our Inclusive Trainings. 🌱

April 2025: Transnational Kick-Off Project Meeting in Konya

The first transnational project meeting took place in April in Konya and brought many ideas to the project. After initially discussing the formal project requirements with all involved partners, the individual partners and attending representatives introduced themselves. Additionally, the partners had the opportunity to get to know the SOBE institution in Konya, which supports people with autism spectrum disorder. Furthermore, a detailed insight into the quality assurance and dissemination plan provided a clear picture of the work to be carried out in the coming months. In summary, the meeting was a great success; the partners productively used the personal engagement to competently tackle the upcoming tasks.
