What the project is about<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The project is called \u201cInclusive-Uni\u201d.<\/strong> The project wants to make universities more open for all people.
Many people study and work at universities. Some people need support<\/strong> and some people face barriers<\/strong>. Our project wants to help remove these barriers.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

You learn in this project:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n

what inclusion<\/strong> means, why diversity<\/strong> is important, how to work well<\/strong> with people who are different, and how to make learning fair<\/strong> for everyone. You learn this in our trainings in groups and online trainings. You get easy materials you can use again and support from many countries. The project wants you to feel safe, strong, and included at your university.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The project has 3 main goals:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

1. You understand inclusion and diversity and you learn simple ideas and good examples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Your teachers learn how to teach and work in an inclusive way and how to use tools and ideas to help all students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. You get support to change your university and how to make your campus more friendly and easy for everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Work Packages (WPs)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Work Packages are big groups of tasks. Each Work Package has a goal.
Here you find a simple overview of all Work Packages in the project:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work Package 1 \u2013 Project Management<\/strong>
Goal:<\/strong> The project runs well.

We meet online and in person.
We talk about work, time, money and tasks.
We share all information in a safe place.
We check if the project works well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work Package 2 \u2013 Training for Teachers:
Goal:<\/strong> Teachers learn how to teach in an inclusive way.

This training has 4 parts:
Teachers learn the basic ideas of inclusion and diversity.
Teachers learn methods to help all students.
Teachers learn how to work with people from many cultures.
Teachers learn how to make classes and online spaces easier to use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work Package 3 \u2013 Training for Administration and Service Staff<\/strong>
Goal:<\/strong> Members of the universities learn
how to support all students in daily work.
This training has 2 parts:
Staff learns ideas of inclusion and diversity.
They learn behaviour in diverse places.
Staff learns what universities must do to help all students<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work Package 4 \u2013 Online Course (MOODLE)<\/strong>
Goal:<\/strong> You get free online training.

The course is in English with subtitles in all project languages.
It has 4 modules about inclusion and diversity.
You can learn anytime on your computer or phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Project Partners<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Seven partners work together in this project. They come from different countries in Europe. Here are the partners:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Necmettin Erbakan University (T\u00fcrkiye)<\/strong>, leads the project and coordinates all tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kahramanmaras Istiklal University (T\u00fcrkiye)<\/strong>, helps with trainings and materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

University of Paderborn (Germany)<\/strong>, works on the online course and many project tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

University of Minho (Portugal)<\/strong>, shares knowledge and supports learning design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maria Curie-Sklodowska University (Poland)<\/strong>, helps test the trainings and collect feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Western Balkans Institute (Serbia)<\/strong>, works with staff and helps with inclusion topics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Efektas Group (Lithuania)<\/strong>, supports training and communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All partners work together.
The goal is: Better inclusion at universities for everyone.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
